Ah its good to be able to come back to the site now and do some updates and additions here. I have 2 and a half weeks left of vacation but I think its going to be cut short as I have been moved up in ranks yet again at work. I am now taking the Executive Chefs position and negotiations are currently underway. I hope to have free time to dedicate back to working alot more here on the site. Lady Boru has done a great job in welcoming the new members and posting to keep things going. It is with dee…

Ok I am going put this out to the Ningverse. And see what comes to me. Last time I put something out it was to as for a place to be. That failed. O was told not to do so in some places. Many telling of good thoughts. Sending of well wishes and luck, but in this day and age those are words that have little worth within the social structure. And can hardly be spend for the items we need. So in Virginia I am, with items in Ohio and the trailer in Michigan.
I have been a Renaissance Fare/Medieval Ar…

Greetings and Merry Meet One and all. This is a little for this year, or early for next. Have fun with this and Haappy holidays to all.
Well here we are yet once again looking at the changes in the earth's seasons.
Solstice/Christmas, and low and behold a Blue Moon. All of these things which
makes our path a way of life, as opposed to a religious function that follows
what has been written in a book that hasn't changed in many years. We do things
ceremoniously, to represent the past present and…

Nobody knows…
nobody cares
The feelings of despair
after all that I shared
I gave her my all
then she just walked away
Still makes me suffer
for all that I say
The choices all hers
I deserve all I got
For one who submits
I certainly am not
Now my spirit is broken
in sadness I swim
Drowning my fate
unless I refuse to give in
When I make it to shore
a changed man I’ll be
Hardened of heart
but of her I’ll be free
My eyes will adjust
as I turn my back to the light
And restart my vigil
as the kn…

His armor doesn't shine
his horse isn't white
Like the lady in waiting
he wanders the night
Remembrance of kisses
and vows that were made
Hold onto your dreams
don't let them fade...

Greetings all
Well we are nearly 20 days into the New Year. So we find ourselves at the mercy of yet another food filled holiday. Wow is this Pagan or Christian? So who cares where it started as long as the food is good...
Thanksgiving Christian or Pagan?
Many holiday customs and legends are based on those of the Pagans. Christmas: trees, Yule logs, holly, ivy, presents…. Easter: eggs, rabbits, flowers…. Hallowe’en: trick or treat, Jack-o-lanterns, witches, ghosts…. And each celebration has its…

On this All Soul's Day, it's customary to remember those loved ones who have passed on before us. Although putting flowers on their grave is a simple but very emotional way of helping the bereaved to focus their thoughts and feelings on their departed dear one, Feng Shui says that there's another way to honor the sweet soul who is missed so much. In fact, many Eastern traditions extol that on the anniversary of the death of a loved one, it's customary to draw a picture of a present or gift and p…

The Celtic peoples called the time between Samhain (pronounced "SOW-in" in Ireland, SOW-een in Wales, "SAV-en" in Scotland or even "SAM-haine" in non Gaelic speaking countries) and Brigid's Day "the period of little sun." Thus, Samhain is often named the "Last Harvest" or "Summer's End".
While almost all Celtic based traditions recognize this Holiday as the end of the "old" year, some groups do not celebrate the coming of the "new year" until Yule. Some consider the time between Samhain and Yul…

This is a little lengthy but fun reading.
Halloween's origins date back to the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain (pronounced sow-in).
The Celts, who lived 2,000 years ago in the area that is now Ireland, the United Kingdom, and northern France, celebrated their new year on November 1. This day marked the end of summer and the harvest and the beginning of the dark, cold winter, a time of year that was often associated with human death. Celts believed that on the night before the new year, th…

Have you ever given thought to the karma involved in a BDSM relationship? Have you thought about the contributing factors which lead one into a level of submission and ownership? I had been involved in an enlightening conversation tonight with a friend which has a mindset somewhat similar to mine. Once we began th…
